ShenzhenHigh Tech Demonstration Building

As an integral part of Shenzhen Hi tech Industrial Park, the sixth reclamation area of Shenzhen Hi tech Zone is located in the south of the Hi tech Zone. With the westward movement of the main axis of Shenzhen's urban development, various types of construction around the lot have been relatively perfect. The high-tech demonstration building (formerly Rongchao Houhai Building) was built by Shenzhen Rongchao Qianhai Development Co., Ltd., adjacent to Nanshan Commercial and Cultural Center under planning and construction, and the new Nanshan Central Area under reclamation.

The podium building on the north side of the building is set with a front sheltered space of 5 meters high and 3 meters wide. The arcade form is adopted to increase the walking space, forming an all-weather open place. At the same time, the line is unified with the adjacent buildings in the same block, and the height of the street wall is consistent to form a continuous street wall interface. The architectural form pursues simplicity and squareness. The facade design responds to the three section expression of classicism, and strives to create an elegant architectural facade image by using "Gothic" architectural techniques. Taking "arrow" as the modeling element, metaphor "speed" and "fluency", and emphasizing architectural construction details to improve the overall quality.
