The plot spans the Sungang Qingshuihe area to plan business functional areas and urban living areas, with unique geographical advantages. In terms of industrial development, the plan puts forward three strategies for characteristic business development, centralized logistics upgrade and transformation, and new industry cultivation. The design aims to create a unique model of urban space with strong image characteristics. Emphasizes that the project interacts and penetrates with the urban park on the north side, extends the urban green public space into the building community, and reduces the scale of the building at the bottom to form a settlement-like spatial form, establishing a three-dimensional urban public open experience block, and The public system on the second floor increases the vitality and value of the space. The overall creation of a three-dimensional urban settlement space; forming the image of a micro forest, the overall layout of the unified image is prominent, creating a unique and iconic image of the area.
