Zhubo Design Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, restructured into a joint-stock company in 2012, and listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2019 (Stock Code: 300564). It is a comprehensive design organization with two class-A qualifications, including construction industry (construction engineering) and urban planning, four class-B qualifications, including municipal engineering (water supply engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering) and landscape architecture engineering. At present, the company has about 1600 professional technical and management personnel, more than 30% of the personnel have senior titles, doctoral degrees, national registered architect, national registered structural engineer, national registered planner, national registered public equipment engineer, national registered electrical engineer, national registered cost engineer nearly 200 people.

The Company is mainly engaged in architectural design and related business design and consulting service, covering architectural design, urban planning and interior design. It is committed to comprehensive development of the whole design industry chain and building technology, and expanded design and related consulting services based on market development and more than 20 years of business experience, covering prefabricated building, BIM technology, ECO building, sponge city and intelligent building. Possessing class-A qualification of the construction industry (construction engineering), the Company is qualified to provide whole process or phased design services from conceptual design, planning scheme design, preliminary design to construction drawing design and later construction coordination according to customer needs, and undertake all design business related to construction engineering.

On the basis of the core business architectural design, the Company keeps extending its business scope. On the one hand, by increasing the research and application of cutting-edge technology fields such as prefabricated building, BIM technology, ECO building, sponge city and intelligent building, the Company was granted national high-tech enterprise certification and the first group of “Prefabricated Building Industry Base” in China; on the other hand, the Company strengthens the development of urban planning, municipal design, engineering procurement construction (EPC), and whole process engineering consulting.

After years of innovation and development, the Company ranks the first echelon of private architectural design enterprises in terms of business scale. It has established an integrated business model of “headquarters + regional companies + branches”, with branches set in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wuhan and Foshan. The Company carries out professional segmentation according to market and professional characteristics to cover urban planning, urban complex, resort hotel, office building, medical building, cultural, educational and sports building, and residential building.
