Foshan Sanshui Cultural Center aims to create a cultural and commercial complex of hiding and the city, leaving limited land to the greatest extent with open space for people. The Longyuan School affiliated to Central China Normal University draws on the inspiration of the combination of the corridors, lanes and terraces of the traditional Chinese architecture to create a cascading outdoor learning and interactive space to meet the needs of compatibility between traditional teaching and open teaching, and is the most authoritative and influential in the world Won the International Silver Award in the design award A'DESIGN AWARD!

Shanghai Children's Medical Center Complex Building
Won the "Fifth China Top Ten Hospital Architectural Design Plan"
As a key hospital expansion project, the comprehensive building of Shanghai Children's Medical Center focuses on preserving the original architectural style, respecting and sublimating the original space logic, with the intention of creating a better treatment space for patients. In addition, the plan also plans a humanized medical environment and a three-dimensional healing space for the hospital, and considers the continuation of the city's image. The project conveyed the excellent design concepts and design methods of hospital buildings in the new era. So far, it has won the honorary title of "The Fifth China Top Ten Hospital Architectural Design Plan Award".
Foshan Poly Tianyue, Longhua Jinmao Mansion
Listed on the evaluation list of "Crerry" high-end products
Crane-The list of national finalists for product evaluation in the first half of 2020 was released. Among them, the Foshan Poly Tianyue project designed by Zhubo topped the list! The Longhua Jinmao Mansion (construction drawing design) project ranked twelfth.
This evaluation attracted more than a thousand projects, which passed "planning and individual design", "household function", "interior decoration design", "home path and node", "community space and landscape", and "project awards" Based on the evaluation system of six dimensions, we selected the top 30 national high-end projects in the first half of the year and the national top 30 cost-effective projects.
Qianhai China Metallurgical Technology Building won LEED-CS gold pre-certification
Qianhai China Metallurgical Science and Technology Building is the headquarters of MCC's technology research and development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is another new work of Zhubo's green building team. Recently, the project won the LEED (United States Green Building Pioneer Award) gold pre-certification issued by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

2020 Supplier Communication Conference
The 2020 Supplier Communication Conference of Poly Development Beijing Company was held in Poly·Niyue Daduhui in May. Gu Bin, general manager of Zhubo Design Beijing, participated in the exchange meeting on behalf of the group. During the conference, Poly Development commended and awarded awards to the design suppliers for their outstanding design works in the previous year. Zhubo Design Co., Ltd. won the "2019 Best Sales Office Design Award".
Foshan Sanshui Cultural Center released on ARCHDAILY
In order to continue the Lingnan culture, construct a suitable volume, and leave open space for people to the maximum in the limited land, attracting the gathering of surrounding residents with a hydrophilic image. Utilizing cities and arterial roads to form a "super surface", using abstract scrolls of traditional Chinese paintings for parametric shading, better inherit the context of Lingnan architecture and lie down by conforming to the height difference to the volume of the building, creating a cultural business that disappears in the city Complex.

Xinjiang Art Center has basically completed construction
In early 2012, the Xinjiang Autonomous Region government decided to build a Xinjiang Art Center with an art gallery as its main function. After eight years, as the largest single cultural building since the establishment of the autonomous region, the basic construction has now been completed.

Beijing company holds an office optimization renovation design plan competition

Recently, the Beijing company held an office optimization and renovation design competition, and the Beijing company conducted a report review activity on five interior design renovation programs through the Tencent meeting. In the report, the chief creative designers gave detailed explanations and answers to their respective plans. In the end, after review by the jury and voting by employees, the first construction plan (plan 1) won the first place!
