At the beginning of 2021, the award-winning scheme of the International Design Competition of Shenzhen Institute of Innovation and Creative Design was announced, and the DOMINIQUE PERRAULT ARCHITECTE + Zhubo Design Consortium won the first prize of the competition. This project adopts the "invitation + public (prequalification)" method. The review committee is composed of 6 famous domestic and foreign construction experts and 1 user representative. After the release, several well-known construction companies at home and abroad actively responded to participate.
In March 2021, the results of the bidding for a 248-acre plot of Binjiang Riverside in Poly Yibin Lingang New Area were announced. Zhubo Design won the bid for the overall scheme design and the construction drawing design for the first opening area. As Poly’s first entry into Yibin, the project will help further advance the Sichuan-wide strategy. It is an important step to promote the high-quality development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Zone. The project is currently in the stage of planning and reporting.
In April 2021, the results of the A'DESIGN AWARD were announced. Zhubo's design masterpieces "Shenzhen Guangming New District Public Service Platform" and "Xiamen Poly Sanqian Building·Haiji Hall" won the (highest) platinum and gold awards respectively. A'DESIGN AWARD is currently the world's largest and most comprehensive global design competition, and enjoys the reputation of "Oscar in the European Design Circle".
In March 2021, Zhubo's design work Xiangtan Poly Times Sales Department won the 2020 British OPAL Outstanding Property Award London (Outstanding Property Award London) Architecture Award. OPAL London Outstanding Real Estate Award is a high-standard international award, and the award jury is composed of more than 20 influential industry experts from all over the world.
In April 2021, the "Top 100 Shenzhen Cultural Enterprises (2019-2020)" list organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports was announced. The list covers computers, news publishing, film and television animation, architectural design, game research and development, etc. In many fields, there are many world-class companies such as Tencent, Skyworth, Baidu, and Toutiao. In April 2021, the Second Member Conference of the Ninth Shenzhen Survey and Design Industry Association and the press conference of "Common Problems of Architectural Engineering Design" were successfully held. Zhubo Design was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Contribution Member Unit. Feng Guochuan, executive chief architect of Zhubo Design, spoke on behalf of the company, and Yang Jin, executive vice president of Zhubo Design, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

The Changde Poly Times is an ingenious work designed by Zhubo. The project starts from the perspectives of people, architecture and environment, and studies the relationship between sight, site and experience. In the dialogue between "human" and "nature", architecture is used as a medium to let people feel the existence of nature, tradition and humanity.
The school is located in the Gongqinghe New Town area of Maoming City, Guangdong Province. It is planned to consist of a primary school group, a junior high school group and public functions. In view of the high temperature and rainy climate characteristics of Lingnan, the ground floor of the building is fully equipped with overhead floors. The stacked courtyards are layered by grades. Each grade is arranged around its own courtyard, combined with a two-story platform and a multi-level platform system to serve as a teacher. Sheng has created a "green, rain-proof, green and ecological campus with diverse paths."

Zhou Yunkai, deputy chief engineer of Zhubo Technology's BIM industry, won the 2020 Shenzhen BIM Industry Innovation and Development Outstanding Chief Engineer (Technical Leader); Zhubo Technology's BIM Design Department Deputy Chief Engineer Chen Liqiang won the 2020 Shenzhen BIM Industry Innovation and Development Young Pacemaker.
