Shenzhen Qianhai Xinyi Headquarters is located at Block 01, Unit 9, Qianhai Area. The design continues the spatial relationship of urban planning, and establishes a corresponding relationship between the base and the interactive cross axis formed by Qianhai Bay and Guiwan Park. The building combines the layout of the central green axis, with rich spatial levels, forming a three-dimensional garden-style headquarters building group. The image of the office entrance is simple and majestic, and the heavy design pays attention to details and quality, highlighting the corporate image characteristics. The vertical lines of the tower combined with the large-scale glass material create a crystal-like effect. The facade combines the overall design of the sunshade and ventilation system, and uses the combination of metal and glazed glass to meet the requirements of virtual-to-real ratio, increase visible light and reduce air-conditioning energy consumption, which is economical and practical to save cost.
