ShenzhenAhoke Nebula Plaza

The project is located in Longhua Dalang, Shenzhen. It is an urban renewal project in Shenzhen, with a total floor area of about 170000 square meters, including one building, five towers and one kindergarten. The project adopts SMART architectural design method to pursue the sustainability, maintainability, professionalism, rationality and technicality of the design.

The project strives to meet its own needs while taking into account the vision, sunshine and other interests of surrounding buildings, so as to achieve the overall sustainable development of the area and harmonious coexistence with surrounding buildings in a crowded urban environment. Due to the nature of its urban renewal project, it has integrated office buildings, ordinary residences, affordable housing, small businesses and supporting facilities on the land of about 18000 m2. Both the residential area and the office area have their own gardens, squares and entrances, enjoying a non interfering view of the external landscape. The project uses the first floor as an overhead public parking lot, and the second floor as an overhead garden to divide people and vehicles vertically, so as to realize the three-dimensional traffic design of the mixed residential area with dynamic and static zones.

The project has reached the one star standard of green buildings in Shenzhen, and adopts industrial design and BIM technology, which adds experience to explore the application of new technologies in the construction industry.
