The project is positioned as a high-quality high-end resort residential area located in Jinding Bay, Shanwei City, mainly composed of low-rise and high-rise buildings with appropriate density, forming a leisure ecological community with mountain and sea landscape. The design hopes to create the concept of 'romantic island residence, holiday paradise' through the relationship between the building and the beach, the building and the sea, and provide people with a vibrant green space, so that the owner can experience a colorful life and feel harmony between the sea and the sky. The breath of life full of vitality. The south side of the project is closer to the coast of Jinding Bay, with relatively good sea view resources and higher land value. The product design combines a small area of high-rise sea-view residences and low-rise garden residences, while the east side of the canal combines the embankment as a style commercial street.
