DalianThe Gentlefolk

The Gentlefolk is located at the original site of Dalian University of Foreign Languages, in the Zhongshan District, the most prosperous city center in Dalian, and is the birthplace of Dalian's century-old urban history. The topography of the base has changed greatly, with a height difference of more than 20 meters between the north and the south. The vertical planning and layout of the site are based on the overall grading of the site. The project is positioned in a French style, with the central 'double ten' landscape axis as the link, the landscape and the building form a horizontal three-vertical five pattern, realizing the integration and unity of the building and the environment. The building is dominated by multi-storey residential buildings. The north side of the base is equipped with supporting commercial houses and apartments. The integrated large basement design realizes the rational use of resources and creates a scientific and elegant living quality. The single building surrounds the core of the French style, makes full use of classic design elements, and combines the design of the single apartment to achieve a single building design with a luxurious and comfortable internal living space and a magnificent external image. From the aspects of planning structure, architectural monomer and landscape design, it fully focuses on the spiritual core of French aristocratic temperament, integrating the project with the urban atmosphere, solemn and elegant, and aims to create a new benchmark for regional residence and lead a new residential trend.
