Shumyip Tairan Building is located in Jingu District, Chegongmiao, Futian District, Shenzhen. The building surrounds the inner courtyard interface. A large number of resting and communication sharing spaces are set up at different elevations, and they are connected by overhead passages, escalators, platforms, and corridors to form a three-dimensional structure. Public space. At the same time, there are many shared spaces such as roof gardens and sky gardens, which greatly improves the quality of the space. The entrance lobby has a height of 11 meters and uses glass ribs + point claw curtain walls to create a sense of transparency without causing greater concentrated stress to the structure. The project is designed according to the one-star standard of green building, and the urban green ring is formed through continuous roof ecological greening, which improves the microclimate environment in the office building group and creates a unique ecological green office space in the high-density urban space. At the same time, parametric and light environment simulation methods are used to organically combine the shading components with the building facade shape to create a healthy and comfortable indoor light and heat environment.
