Foshan Poly Liangxi Plaza is located at the core of the Qiandeng Lake block in Nanhai District, Foshan City. The design starts from the characteristics of the site, emphasizes the integration of urban functions and forms, the porosity of the building, and the concept of a shared place with space for citizens and integrated into the concept of the times. The plan is to design six towers with commercial podiums to minimize the interruption of urban space and minimize the interference between buildings. The five towers are enclosed to form a "five in one" planning image, highlighting the unique landmark attributes of the project. The apartment-style office and the two towers of the talent apartment are arranged on the south side, above the large podium. Not only the best orientation is obtained, but also the roof garden can be arranged in combination with the roof of the podium, which not only ensures the privacy and relative independence of the apartment, but also obtains unique landscape resources. A sunken plaza is set in the middle of the inner street to further enrich the spatial hierarchy and interest of the commercial inner street, create a pleasant pedestrian shopping space suitable for Foshan’s climate, and form a circular circulation, which is convenient for commercial use and makes the space more interesting.
